3 years ago today, Sharon started her personal training journey with me 💪🏻

Like anyone, she’s had her ups and downs—balancing training with a busy work and social life, as well as navigating the challenges of menopause. But she’s shown up, stayed consistent, and kept pushing forward every step of the way.

Every client faces their own challenges, but it’s about finding what works, enjoying the process, and building a strong relationship so training becomes something you want to show up for—not something you have to do.

Over the years, we’ve not only worked on her fitness but also built a great friendship—and that’s what it’s all about.
