I could have really used a strong male figure growing up to push me when I needed to be pushed and give me that confidence in myself that I needed at that time, and I’d be honoured to do that for somebody else.⁣

Whether it’s to train or a hour sit down to chat I’m happy either way, just know there are people out there who want to help.⁣

If you haven’t then here’s what to expect!.. 2 days of testing your fitness with friends in the heart of the North East countryside in the sun (hopefully! 😎🀞🏼). ⁣

Teams of 4.. 2 males & 2 females. ⁣
Lifting, cardio, grunt work, odd objects, and for the first time at the Ranch an outdoor rig for gymnastics! If you know us, you know it’ll be tough but fun! πŸ˜πŸ˜….⁣

This will be an all round test of strength and fitness and inclusive for everyone no matter your current level. We want as many people to enjoy the weekend as possible! πŸ’ͺ🏼.⁣
