Wrapping up another incredible journey with my client who’s dropped a whopping 10kg since May!!!

In our time together we have not only dropped an incredible amount of body fat, we’ve changed the way Shona feels about food, exercise + most importantly herself. This in turn has helped her become a better Mum + Wife, because she poured into her own cup first.

It’s such a surreal feeling being able to help people change their lives. I know that it’s not a goodbye, it’s just a “ciao for now”.

Miss G with the gunzzzzz 💪🏽

Holly rejoined back in January after taking a break from coaching to go travelling.

Upon returning from her time in Aus, she was slipping back into old ways and knew something had to change .. when your friend is a coach, it’s a no brainer the direction she came back in 💅🏽

This time round was different, she already knew what she was capable of from previous results and wanted more.

That more, was a photoshoot prep and she did not miss a single beat. Even though Holly’s favourite word is yes .. during this prep she soon realised that the more she said no to things that didn’t serve her, the more she was saying yes to things that did. It’s easy to let your career and people pleasing personality take over, not on my watch 😘

The pics can do the rest of the talking .. Holly has unlocked a new level of belief in herself and I know she’ll continue to do both me and herself proud.

This one means so much to me. 🥹

Only Victoria and I truly know the work that has gone on in the past year. It started out as a lifestyle journey, which then lead into a photoshoot prep and now we maintain for her wedding before we set some new big goals. 🎯

When this girl wants something, she ain’t stopping til she gets it and that’s what sets her apart from the average person .. she knows she has to graft to change. 😎

Her work ethic has been second to none and the commitment she has put in to changing her life is admirable. The mindset, the lifestyle, the self belief, the confidence and of course the physique itself. It’s all changed because of her dedication and respect for herself. 🤝🏽

Victoria attends every single client meet up I’ve organised without fail, pushes her comfort zones with trying new things or things that scare her, speaks highly of herself, recognises her hard work and is thriving in her gym girl era. 👸🏼

She is a true representation of my branding .. Victoria prioritises herself every minute of every day, fully in a “flow state” with her routine and that’s how she got herself here. 🌻

I can’t wait to watch the rest of this journey unfold, because it really only is the beginning. She’s about to enter her bride era feeling the best she ever has and I’m beyond excited for what’s to come in the future. 🔮

Grateful to have gained a friend through what started as a client/coach relationship and even more grateful to be cheering her on through all aspects of life and not just in the gym. 💛

Something we ALL experience in day to day life is decision fatigue.

Every day, you’re making thousands of tiny choices without realising .. what to wear, when to train, what to eat, when to eat, whether to say yes or no. 💭

Over time, these choices drain your mental energy, leaving you feeling burnt out, unmotivated, and more likely to fall off track.

How to solve this???

PLANNING. 📝

When your meals, training, and non-negotiables are already decided .. you free up mental space for what actually matters.

Doing the same things daily .. eating the same meals, training at the same time, following a set routine reduces resistance and helps you slip into a “flow state”. 🌊

You stop overthinking, and just do the do. That’s where results begin to happen.

Here’s how to reduce decision fatigue:

• Plan your meals ahead (bonus points if you prep them too) 🥗
• Schedule workouts in your diary like appointments 🏋🏽‍♀️
• Stick to a consistent morning & evening routine 💤
• Set weekly priorities in advance (don’t wing it day to day) ✅

Discipline doesn’t come from motivation .. it comes from STRUCTURE.

So give yourself fewer decisions to make, and you’ll follow through more often 🤝🏽

“I’ll be happy when…”

I lose X pounds.
I fit into those jeans again.
I have abs.
It’s summer.
I get that job.

We are all SO guilty of chasing the next thing to feel good, and whilst having goals is amazing .. you’re never truly going to be satisfied if you’re constantly looking ahead.

Happiness isn’t something you unlock when you tick a box. It’s something you build by being present, living in the now.

Happiness is the small wins, it’s how you show up daily, how you speak to yourself, how you live in this moment, not the next. The most amazing thing about life is that you get to write your own story, you get to create your own happy.

Don’t wait to feel good. You deserve to feel that now — not just when.

We’ve all said it and we’ve all felt the disappointment when we get there and realise… it still doesn’t feel like enough.

Stop delaying joy. You don’t have to earn it, you just have to be present enough to feel it.

We’ll always want bigger this or smaller that. More of this or less of that. The real win is being happy in the now and even happier when you reach a goal. Remember to live in amongst that .. and not just survive. ❤️‍🩹

Dieting is not a lifestyle. ❌

If you’re always trying to get smaller, you’ll never build what you actually want to see.

You can’t tone what you haven’t built.

If you want shape, definition, or curves — you need to build muscle first.

Endless dieting won’t get you there.

Train hard, eat enough, build first and then strip it back - that’s how you create your “dream body.”

It’s a constant cycle. It’s a lot of phases. It’s a long process. But it’s worth the changes.

Stop shrinking your body and start building it instead. 👷🏽‍♀️

She joined needing structure and left with that and sooooo much more.

Katie already dabbled in the gym, running and tracking before joining Prioritise but since then we have levelled UP.

We've added more routine to her day, more intention towards her training and more of a drive towards her goals.

As a busy student, alongside working full time, preparing for exams, essays and submission dates as well as general life shizzzzz.. this gals time is LIMITED. But as with all of my clients, we work with the time we DO have and make it work for YOU.
Katie recently completed my first client photoshoot to showcase all of her hard work and commitment to her goals.

She actually completed this a week after her holiday which she navigated like an absolute champ, putting her new habits and mindset to the test.

It’s not about the before and it isn’t even about the after .. it’s about the everything in between and everything that’s to come ✨

Zoe is a busy professional, having just completed her probation year as a Primary Teacher .. a highly demanding profession that I, myself know first hand.

This is why it’s so important when choosing your coach, you have to resonate with them .. they have to get it.

Zoe on the left didn’t think she could complete a photoshoot, imbed the habits she does effortlessly now, run a 5k, show up to the gym after a challenging day at work, prep her meals to keep her on track on the long days, wear tight clothes or push her comfort zone. But she proved herself wrong.

The thing I love most about Zoe’s journey is how much she celebrates the daily wins and aims to be that 1% better every day. She asks questions, seeks further education within her journey and genuinely WANTS the change. She accepts that life will happen and she controls the controllables. These are the reasons behind the results.

Mega proud of the first chapter in Zoe’s fitness journey and even more excited to watch the rest of the story unfold 📚

Did someone say HOT GIRL SUMMER? 😉

This transformation is INSANE.

Rounding up 10 months of work with 💅🏽

I asked Gill what she’s achieved in the last 10 months of working with me and the list is INSPIRING .. here’s what she rhymed off:

• She’s lost 8KG.
• Her confidence is soaring.
• She went for a promotion in work and got it.
• Her anxiety levels have dropped.
• She is now comfortably a size 8.
• She’s not scared to try new things.
• Her mindset is the most positive it’s ever been.
• Her relationship with food is so much better as she’s learnt more about nutrition and working with her body instead of against it.
• She feels a lot happier within herself.
• She is so much stronger than the version of her 10 months ago .. swipe to last pic for back gains hehe.

And what better way to celebrate all of this than with a photoshoot 📸

Coaching is so much more than seeing the number on the scale decrease and the shift in body composition. It’s about the little wins, the confidence gained, the new opportunities explored and the mindset shifted.
