💥 JANE SMASHES LUDLOW STRONGEST! 💥

Would you believe Jane is 58 years old?!

This weekend she stepped onto the competition floor at Ludlow Strongest and absolutely blew me away. Not only did she take on every event thrown at her, but she smashed personal bests out of the water across the board.

Her performance was incredible, but what impressed me even more was the smile on her face all day. That little chuffed grin as she walked around, enjoying every moment of the experience, is exactly what this sport is all about.

Jane is living proof that age is just a number. You’re never too old to challenge yourself, set new goals, and achieve things you never thought possible.

Massive congratulations, Jane. Your hard work, determination, and attitude are inspiring, and I can’t wait to see what you achieve at your next competition! 👏🔥

Kirsty’s First Strongwoman Competition!



This weekend Kirsty stepped onto the competition floor for the very first time at the Ludlow Strongwoman Competition, and what a performance she put in!

Taking on a tough lineup of events including:
Farmers Walk into Tyre Flip
Sandbag carry
Deadlifts
Overhead Medley
Atlas Stones

Kirsty attacked every event with determination, grit, and a great attitude from start to finish. Competing is a completely different experience to training, and she rose to the challenge brilliantly, finishing in an impressive 6th place in her first-ever competition.

The result is only part of the story. This competition has given Kirsty valuable experience, highlighted her strengths, and shown exactly where we can make improvements moving forward. Most importantly, it’s given her a real taste of what strongwoman competition is all about.

I’m incredibly proud of the effort, commitment, and courage it took to step out of her comfort zone and give it everything she had.

This is just the beginning, and with her next competition already lined up, we’re excited to build on this momentum and come back even stronger. 💪

Our crew absolutely crushed it at the Strongman competition!
