Nene Sunday League AWARDS 25/26 – TEAM OF THE YEAR

This season has delivered incredible football, unforgettable moments, and outstanding performances across League Four — and now it’s time to celebrate the very best.

We are proud to present the Team of the Year nominees for League Four Each club nominated has shown exceptional quality, consistency, and commitment throughout the campaign. Being shortlisted is a huge achievement and a true reflection of the hard work put in by players, managers, and supporters alike.

From dominant performances to season-defining moments, these teams have set the standard — and now they will be recognised on the biggest stage.

Join us on Friday 5th June as we come together for a special evening to celebrate success, honour excellence, and reveal who will be crowned Team of the Year in each League.

Yesterday brought an end to RSK’s second full season in the Nene Sunday League, It has been challenging, demanding work but an all together fun season.

We set out our targets at the start of the season, get 20 points in the league which we did ✅
Have a cup run, we got a bye in the first round of one, so we consider that a cup run ✅😂
Get to the final of the cup/plate, we completed our target yesterday by bringing home the silverware ✅

RSK is not a win at all costs club, personality and mentality far outweighs individual ability on the pitch, if you do not fit in with our principles you simply are not 🔴⭐️

Thanks to all our opponents this season, to the league for facilitating it all, to the players past and present and the wags that no doubt would rather us be cutting the grass or painting the spare room on a Sunday morning.

The biggest thanks have got to go to our local sponsors who without we would not be able to run and compete each week. Check them out, their services are second to none!
