✨ Personal Trainer Highlight ✨
From early childhood, sports and physical activity have always been a huge part of my life, with football being my sport of choice. My passion for fitness and wellbeing grew when I started taking the gym seriously during my time at university. I studied physical activity, sport and health in Sheffield, qualifying with first-class honours in 2024. This course has given me a deep understanding of the importance of adapting exercise to all target audiences, in order to allow fitness to be an integral part of people’s daily lives.
After graduating, I earned my personal training qualifications, along with nutrition and weight management certification, to help people achieve their fitness goals, inside and outside of the gym. My goal is to support and guide others in building healthier habits, gaining confidence and achieving their fitness goals. Whether you are looking to lose or gain weight, get stronger or just feel healthier overall, I am here to advise and help you all the way.
