Synergy Gym Synergy Gym is a Muay Thai and fitness centre in Kendal, South Lakes. We are a full time gym with an extensive range of boxing and fitness equipment.

Established in 2004 we have many years experience and can support you whatever your goal.

Fantastic day out at the and show in Bolton yesterday. The team has never looked stronger, fantastic performances from all 3 lads.

Each one of these guys has all the makings of a champion:natural talent, awesome work ethic and the biggest of hearts.

Huge thanks to .synergy as always for everything you do, your support and help with the fighters and the gym is invaluable and so appreciated. Looking forward to seeing Josh's return to the ring later in the year!
