We've supported Gillian with rehabilitation through numerous ops and helped her regain confidence and a feeling of safety in her body...and we've been delighted to do so! Paula is one of our more recent clients, but she is certainly making up for lost time! It has been great helping Paula flourish in our classes - the confidence she shows in movement now, compared to when she started, is a delight to watch...and very satisfying knowing we had a hand in this too! 😁
