Meet Wendy. 💙

Like many people, Wendy was thinking about starting Pilates but wasn’t quite sure if it was right for her.

Fast forward to today and she’s feeling stronger, moving better and enjoying all the benefits that regular Pilates can bring.

One of the things we love most at The Pilates Station is seeing clients discover what their bodies are capable of when they’re given the right support, guidance and encouragement.

One of the things we’re most proud of at The Pilates Station is that our teachers don’t simply teach exercises, they teach people.

When you’re managing an injury, recovering from a setback, or simply not feeling your best, knowing that your teacher understands and can adapt the session for you makes all the difference.

At the weekend I went for a walk with friends and we came across these stepping stones.

I have to admit, I doubted myself for a moment.
The water was cold, I definitely didn’t want to fall in, and as we get older that carefree feeling of jumping from stone to stone without thinking somehow changes a little 😅

But I put my big girl pants on and thought, “I’ve got this.”

And I’m very pleased to report I made it all the way across without falling in 🤩

Moments like this really remind me why I keep showing up for my Pilates practice.

Balance.
Core strength.
Agility.
Confidence in my body.

They’re not just things we do in class, they support us in real life and all the adventures, fun, and little spontaneous moments along the way.

And honestly… it felt like pure childhood play again ❤️
