⚠️ FINAL WARNING – PARKING ⚠️

I’ve said this time and time again, but people are still ignoring it.

DO NOT PARK IN THE PUB CAR PARK AT ANY TIME.

The leaseholders have contacted me again about people from the gym using the car park. Yesterday, after someone was specifically asked to move their car, they then went and parked in a disabled space, which is even worse.

From now on, anyone found parking in the car park will simply be asked to leave the gym. I’m sick of repeatedly having to ask people to follow something that has been made very clear.

This applies at all times — weekdays, weekends, mornings and evenings.

Please park across the road or find alternative parking. Do not use the pub car park.

This is the final warning. Please respect it.

Perfect for beginners. No experience needed.

🥊 7PM–8PM — Women’s Boxing
A dedicated women’s session for all abilities.

No pressure. No need to compete. Just come in, train and learn.

🥊 BAKER STREET BOXING – NEW MEMBERS & COACHES WELCOME 🥊

As we head into the new season, we’re opening the doors to new members of all ages and abilities who want to get involved at Baker Street.

Whether you want to learn to box, get fit, compete, or see how far you can take it, you’re welcome to come down and get involved in our sessions.

We’re also always interested in hearing from coaches or people who would like to get involved with coaching and become part of what we’re building.

We’ve got a great mix of beginners, amateur and professional fighters, and we want to keep building a positive, hardworking environment where everyone gets the opportunity to improve.

🥊 REMINDER – AMATEUR BREAK THIS WEEK 🥊

Just a reminder that amateur sessions are off this week, 10th–14th August, giving everyone a short break to rest, reset and come back ready to push into the new season. 💪

All regular Boxing & Fitness sessions remain exactly the same:

🥊 Tuesdays & Thursdays
💷 £40 per month as normal

Nothing changes with the regular classes or monthly payments — this week’s break is just for the amateur squad.

Enjoy the rest and we’ll be back ready to go! 👊🥊
