Hard work is paying off for Sarah.

The difference on the scales is only 4kg, but the difference in her body shape, strength, fitness and mindset is incredible.

She’s stronger, fitter and leaner than ever before. More importantly, she feels better, performs better and has built habits that will last.

How did we achieve it?

Not through endless hours of cardio or starving herself.

Instead, we focused on a structured strength training programme she could follow from home, alongside a nutrition plan designed to fuel her training, support recovery and fit around a busy life.

A demanding career, kids, a packed social calendar and countless weekends out would be enough for most people to lose momentum, but Sarah always gets back on track and keeps moving forward.

“You’re so lucky you have time to train.”

Lucky?

My alarm goes off at 04:55.

I get up while most people are still asleep, eat my breakfast, and train at 06:00 before the day starts.

I have responsibilities, bills, commitments, and the same 24 hours everyone else gets.

This isn’t luck.

It’s discipline.

It’s making a decision that my health, fitness, and performance matter enough to prioritise them.

The truth is, most people don’t lack time. They lack a plan and the willingness to do the hard things when they don’t feel like it.

You don’t need perfect circumstances.
You don’t need more hours in the day.

You just need to start making choices that align with the person you want to become.

Stop waiting for the perfect time.

We all have periods where training, nutrition and routine slip.

For me it was my birthday and a mini holiday.

Result? +4kg in 2 weeks

Was it worth it? Was it nice to not be training and eating whatever I wanted?
No! I feel sluggish, tired, bloated and can’t wait to get back to training and feeling great again, what is good is knowing it’s a short term feeling.

A few years ago I’d have panicked, slashed calories and smashed myself with cardio trying to “fix it”.

Now I understand how the body actually works.

Most rapid weight gain after time away isn’t instant body fat. It’s water retention, higher carbs, sodium, inflammation, food volume and less routine.

The difference now is there’s no stress and no extremes.

No detoxes.
No starving myself.
No 2-hour cardio sessions.

Just structure, consistency and getting straight back to the habits that work.

Less than 2 weeks and I’ll be back to baseline.

That’s the difference between guessing… and understanding nutrition.

If your pull-ups look like this… we need to talk 😅

Stop chasing your chin over the bar and start building a proper pull.

3 simple fixes:
Shoulders back & down (set your base first)
Pull the bar to your chest, not your chin to the bar
Drive your elbows into your back pockets

Do this and watch your pull-ups actually start working for you, not against you.

They’re just not eating enough protein.

And it’s not because they’re lazy
It’s because they think it means eating loads of meat every day

It doesn’t.
