As I wont be there this evening at tonights mixed adults class it will be an open session instead. The session will run between 7pm and 8ish and this will give you the opportunity to mingle, put the work in and work with others. The timer will run on a continuous loop of 2 minutes with a 30 second break and there will be plenty of experienced people at hand. All other classes this week will go ahead as normal.

A very evenly matched fight, unfortunately Liam didn't get the result but we are proud nevertheless, we learn from mistakes and we go again. Mondays a new week. Thanks as always mcp for having us, the supports who came and watched and to kai for doing a fantastic job in the corner as always. We go to Salisbury next on the 20th 👊👊
