And wow... you all worked hard tonight! πŸŽ‰

It was lovely to welcome some new faces to Be-Fitness this evening and fantastic to see some returning members back in class too. We hope you all enjoyed yourselves and felt part of our amazing community from the moment you walked through the door. πŸ’š

We introduced a brand new Sculpt track and welcomed back our newer tricep track. That one is definitely a challenging track, but we'll build up to completing the full thing over the coming weeks. Huge well done to everyone who gave it their all! πŸ‘πŸ»

LBT ladies, you absolutely smashed Week 2 of our current block. πŸ’š The stability work was fantastic and it's great to see everyone getting stronger and more confident each week.

A fascinating new study has reinforced something we've been talking about at Be-Fitness for a long time...

Strength training is one of the most important things we can do as we get older.

The research followed over 147,000 adults for 30 years and found that people who completed around 90–120 minutes of strength training each week had a significantly lower risk of early death compared to those who did none.

Even better? The biggest benefits were seen when strength training was combined with regular aerobic exercise such as walking, cycling, running or fitness classes.

For many women, especially during and after menopause, this is huge.

It’s been a busy week and the weekend isn’t looking much quieter, but one thing is certain…

And just like that, the first teaching week back is complete! πŸ’š

What a fantastic double class tonight at St Margaret’s Hall, Lunanhead.

It was so good to see everyone back after the break and ready to work hard. You certainly didn’t disappoint!

We kicked off with Sculpt, and everyone absolutely smashed their first workout back. Then came Aerobox… WOW! πŸ’ͺ🏻 What a session tonight. The energy, effort and determination in the room were incredible.

A huge well done to every single person who came along this week. Whether you’ve been with us for months or are just getting started, you should be proud of yourselves.

Booking is now open for all 4 classes next week, and availability is already limited, so don’t leave it too long to secure your space.

Let’s keep the momentum going and make June our strongest month yet! πŸ’š

It was lovely to have two busy classes back, even though we were missing a few of our regular faces tonight.

And the best part? You all remembered the tracks better than I did! πŸ˜‚πŸŽ΅

A huge well done to everyone who came along and worked hard after our break. The energy in the room was amazing and it’s great to be back doing what we do best together.
