This is famously used by people to procrastinate.
If you miss that “Monday” then the whole week is a waste and you wait until next Monday - recurring theme here.
All-or-nothing mindset for Mondays.
There shouldn’t be a set day to start the “fresh start” as it doesn’t make it any easier/harder. If you do fall into this trap really try and stick to going on the Monday as you’ll find you will most likely end up with a 2nd or 3rd session for the week and food choices become much better.
