NEW TRAPHOUSE TIMETABLE 🥊

A new weekly structure, with boxing throughout the week, TrapHouse Circuits on Saturday and The Yard Club every Sunday.

Thursday mornings will now follow our progressive boxing system—building your technique, movement, defence and conditioning week by week.

We’ve also got a brand-new Thursday evening class coming soon. Which means we are currently pausing the Thursdays boxing class.

All classes must now be booked online. Members will receive a booking code, and a cash payment option will be available via the online booking.
