This is , she wanted to tone and build muscle as well as some weight loss, with a
more structured approach to fitness regime. Unknowingly to us at the time she would become engaged, as I am also engaged our sessions soon became full on wedding chats! Its true that building rapport with clients is one of the most important skills in becoming a trainer, but some might argue that the constant contact and reliability goes beyond but this is we’re clients because friends 🫶🏽. Natalie’s fitness journey has been amazing, she’s worked her arse off 😁 The first photos were taken in April and the latter 2 was on Thursday! “I actually cannot get over how beautiful women are. Every crease, every curve, every scar, every mark, every roll is pure magic.” You’re going to be a beautiful bride today 💒 I am very proud to have been your PT🙆🏻‍♀️

Dear Spindles friends,

The scaffolding is coming down, once it is removed we will get the club in order and finally reopen all areas. Pool/gym/sauna
When will this happen? We hope in the next 2-3 weeks.

If you are still a member, please take note of the date we reopen as your membership will comence from this period. We will aim to contact every existing member in advance via phone or email.

If you would like join/rejoin, please pop in and pick up a membership pack once we open. Due to the high volume of members, we will arrange specific days and times for memberships to be processed.
