As we dive into a brand new swim year, here’s a quick perspective check for the year ahead: "Good times make good times." 🙌

Swimmers are notoriously hard on themselves, but putting too much pressure on every set, rep, and race can weigh you down.

The secret to a great season? Have fun. Dance behind the blocks, laugh with your teammates, and enjoy every moment in the water. Fast swimming comes from a happy mindset! 🏊‍♀️💨

What a Nationals for Team Hart! 🏊‍♂️🏆💥

Our swimmers brought their absolute best to the Swim England National Summer Meet, delivering an unforgettable set of performances across the board!

Tommy arrived this afternoon for his acclimatisation training session before kicking off the week at the Swim England National Summer Meet!

He leads the way for Hart Swimming Club in the 100m Freestyle, swimming in Heat 8, Lane 8 tomorrow morning.

HART.. ARE YOU READY FOR THE BIGGEST WEEKEND OF THE SEASON? 🏊‍♂️💥🎭

The wait is almost over. This weekend, we are making a massive splash both out of the pool and on the blocks. It’s going to be loud, it’s going to be fun, and it’s going to show everyone exactly what Hart spirit is all about!

Here is your official weekend itinerary:
🗓️ Saturday, 4th July – The Fleet Carnival! 🥁🎉
We are trading our swim caps for carnival gear as we join the town procession! Come down, wave flags, wear your club kit with pride, and help us make some serious noise.

🗓️ Sunday, 5th July – Club Championships! 🏆⏱️
No rest for the fast lane! On Sunday, we dive straight back into the pool for Club Champs.

It's time to step up, race hard, and chase those personal bests.

To our swimmers: Trust your training, cheer on your team, and give it everything you've got.
To our parents & volunteers: Thank you in advance for the incredible energy, the loud cheering, and making weekends like this possible!
