Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit us over our two open days. We were delighted to welcome 67 visitors, and it was great to see so many people enjoying having a go at lawn bowls.
For those who wanted to come along but couldn’t make it to the open days, don’t worry — it’s not too late. We hold friendly “roll ups” every Tuesday and Wednesday morning at 10:30, and on Fridays at 16:00. Feel free to drop in and say hello!

The weather was kind to us today. We opened our doors and welcomed 35 people new to the game of lawn bowls. I think it's fair to say everyone enjoyed themselves, a few had such a good time they signed up on the spot.
If you missed out today, don't worry, we're doing it all over again tomorrow, Monday 4th May.
We hope to see you on the green

What fantastic weather today for the first bowls match of the season. The traditional Presidents v Vice Presidents opener. If you aren’t playing, I’ve heard that watching a game in the sunshine can be very relaxing.
