Congratulations Tonya 🥳 our Most Improved Member of the month!

Tonya chose the club for its convenient location, but like many people, felt nervous at the start, unsure about the sessions and meeting new people.

Since joining, she’s shown real commitment, working hard in every session and growing stronger along the way, even while pushing through challenges with pain.

She mentioned; “What makes the club different is the supportive, small-group environment. Every session is guided closely, with encouragement every step of the way to help keep members on track and progressing.”

🎉A Huge shoutout to our most improved Member of the Month Sara🎉 Sara chose The Club because the small classes and focus on individual needs rather than a one size fits all approach felt refreshing and appealing, especially after not stepping inside a gym for eight years.
At first, she was a little apprehensive about how the classes would work, as the format was completely new to her. But the team at The Club made sure she always understood what she was doing and why. The welcoming atmosphere, supportive coaches, and strong community feel quickly put her at ease.

Since joining, Sara has lost weight and built muscle, but her biggest achievement is discovering a genuine enjoyment for exercise, thanks to The Club’s incredible support team. What once felt like a chore is now a hobby she looks forward to.

✨ Member Spotlight: Jackie ✨

“Since joining The Club, I’ve achieved two of my key goals a real reduction in body fat and an increase in muscle mass.

What makes the biggest difference for me is the accountability. If I don’t show up, I know I’m letting someone else down and taking their space and that really keeps me consistent.

With lots of past injuries, it’s such a relief knowing every session is instructor led and I can always check in to make sure I’m moving correctly and not putting myself at risk.

The Club is completely different to any gym I’ve been to before. Sessions are capped at 10 people, you work in pairs which boosts motivation and the coach is always there to encourage you and push you when you need it.

There’s such a great atmosphere here. Some sessions even finish with team cardio which brings out a bit of friendly competition. I’ve made new friends and genuinely look forward to every session.”

💜 Jackie is the definition of consistency. She shows up, works hard, supports others and fully trusts the coaching process. Results like this don’t happen by accident.

💜 MEMBER REVIEW: GERRY 💪

Gerry joined us after already losing a significant amount of weight. She knew she wanted support to maintain that weight loss but more importantly to build muscle and strength following rapid weight loss which is especially important for women as we get older 🌸💪

Here is what Gerry had to say about her journey at The Club 👇

Since joining, my mental health has improved, my endurance has increased, my fitness has gone up, and my posture has improved too 🧠✨ I have achieved everything I wanted and I have also maintained the weight loss I achieved before starting.

I came to The Club after losing weight using weight loss injections and I knew I needed to focus on strength training and maintaining my results long term. The Club has really helped me do that through regular feedback from my coach, ongoing nutrition support, and structured exercise sessions 🏋️‍♀️🥗

I had never done any fitness training or been to a gym before, but what I really loved about The Club was the small classes. It gave me the chance to build relationships with the coaches and feel supported. It felt personal, safe, and encouraging from the start 💜

Greg has been absolutely smashing it 👏 His running times have massively improved, he’s built a consistent routine of regular exercise, and with the guidance of his coaches he’s eating more healthily and feeling great because of it. He’s the perfect example of what happens when you take on board the support we offer and step into a better version of yourself 🙌

My running time has improved massively and I am now hitting around 30 to 34 seconds quicker per km for my runs 🏃‍♂️

💨 Alongside that, the nutrition guidance has really helped me avoid the wrong foods and make better choices. Having structured training and accountability has boosted my motivation in a big way.

What makes The Club different from the other gyms I have tried is the group structured sessions. They really help with motivation. It is not just the coaches who support you but the other members too. Everyone encourages you and pushes you towards your goals 💥

🙌MOST IMPROVED AWARD — NOEL! 🙌
This month we’re celebrating Noel, whose steady progression, teamwork, and friendly energy have made him a standout at The Club.

Noel joined us because The Club felt like a welcoming, unpretentious place and the 6-week tryout made getting started simple. Even though he wasn’t a “gym bunny” and wasn’t sure he’d enjoy classes, he pushed past those worries and has achieved exactly what he hoped for: becoming stronger and a bit leaner.

He loves the combination of coaches, classes, and classmates, and the fact that it’s only five minutes from home doesn’t hurt either. He enjoys turning up on his regular days, seeing familiar faces, and getting to grips with workouts that are finally starting to click.

Noel describes The Club as friendly, effective, down to earth and just genuinely supportive. He often praises the team for being caring and practical, whether it’s helping with a sore back or rearranging a booking.

Sandra first discovered The Club on Instagram, and after recently retiring, she felt it would be the perfect way to stay active and maintain her fitness. Although she was initially worried she might not be fit enough, having only exercised sporadically while working,she quickly found her confidence here.

She loves that The Club suits every fitness level, with fantastic, encouraging coaches and a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes every session enjoyable. Sandra has already shared The Club’s details with one of her friends.

Since joining The Club, I feel so much more aware of my body and overall health. I am eating better, training regularly three times a week, and have gone from doing nothing to having a consistent fitness routine 💥 It just feels so much better overall.

The coaches have been amazing. They are really analytical and have helped educate me about nutrition, what to eat and when, and how to fuel properly 🍎💪

I love how easy The Club makes everything. You simply book your class, your space is ready, and everything is set up so you can just show up and train. You don’t have to plan or think about what to do - It’s all taken care of ✅

🌟Member of the Month: Sandie🌟

Meet Sandie our well-deserved Member of the Month! 👏

Sandie first joined The Club after spotting our 6-week challenge. She admits she was initially a little worried about how her existing injuries might handle training, but quickly realised there was nothing to fear — our PTs were right there with alternative exercises and constant support.💪

Since joining, Sandie says she feels fitter and is steadily regaining her strength. She loves the welcoming atmosphere, smaller class sizes, great equipment, and how everyone is encouraged to train safely and confidently.

What really stands out to Sandie is the Club’s fun, collaborative environment that makes every session something to look forward to.

She says she’d definitely recommend The Club to friends and family because it’s clean, fun, suited to her age group, and full of caring, knowledgeable trainers who genuinely want members to succeed. ❤️

Clare is an absolute star ⭐️ always lifting with intent, pushing herself, and cheering others on 👏 Watching her get stronger, reduce her knee pain, and feel fitter and more confident has been incredible 🙌

Since joining, I have built much stronger legs and my knee pain has pretty much gone ✅ I feel so much fitter and I have been able to get back to things like quad biking and roller skating with my daughter 🛼💕 which feels amazing. I have also lost a stone ⚖️ which has been a huge bonus!

The Club has helped me build really good habits again. You see the same faces, it feels like a team, and I actually enjoy exercising because of the atmosphere here 🤝✨
