Pride Combat Athletics Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, BJJ, Fitness & Conditioning Training for all. located at the John Nike studio, Brakenhale school, Bracknell.

PRIDE Combat Athletics aims to provide a welcoming Muay Thai & fitness training club for all. Our sessions are tuition led, Thai boxing and fitness training in a friendly and positive atmosphere where everyone is welcome. We train with an emphasis on learning good technique and continuous development of fitness. Sessions include: Fundamental and advanced striking, defence and counter fighting; foo

twork, balance and control; fitness conditioning and much more. Typically through the use of pad-work, drill-work, shadow boxing, circuit training, stretching and encouragement. Tuesday:
1830 - 1945: Muay Thai fundamentals & Fitness
1945 - 2100: Progressive technique & Fitness

Wednesday:
1830 - 2000: Invite only fighters session

Thursday
1830 - 1930: Muay Thai fundamentals & Fitness
1930- 2030: Progressive technique & Fitness

Juniors (11 - 13) are welcome but initially must be accompanied by an adult. We plan to start junior and kids classes as popularity grows. Adults: £5.00 per person, per evening (single or both sessions)

Training is about more than fitness.

For many people, Muay Thai provides structure, confidence, stress relief and a strong sense of community. It gives people an outlet, a routine and a place where they feel supported.

It’s been a busy week moving into our new facility in Fleet, but seeing the team training together in the new space has reminded us exactly what Pride Combat Athletics is all about.

The final session in Bagshot. 🖤🧡

This room has seen thousands of rounds, countless lessons, hard spars, first sessions, fight camps, wins, losses, and people becoming stronger versions of themselves.

What started as a small gym became a real team, a real community, and for many of us, a second home.

The last few years have tested us in more ways than most people will ever see, but through every challenge the one thing that never changed was the people in this room. The consistency. The loyalty. The culture.

Bagshot was a huge chapter in the story of Pride Combat Athletics, but it is exactly that — a chapter, not the end of the book.

Now we move forward.

New gym. New opportunities. Same team. Same standards. Same fight.

We re-open on Monday (11th May) with a bigger space and an upgraded training environment.
