The Club & Committee are pleased to announce Fishguard & Goodwick RFCs very own Andrew Morrillo as Forwards Coach for the upcoming season!

Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience in forward play having been the cornerstone of strong packs for us and Whitland RFC during his playing career. Phenomenally strong at scrum time as a player he's probably forgotten more about scrummaging and forward play than he actually remembers!

Fishguard & Goodwick RFC are seeking an ambitious, forward-thinking Head Coach to lead our First XV into an exciting new chapter.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a proud club with deep community roots and a strong competitive spirit. We are looking for a technically astute coach who can deliver a clear playing philosophy, implement structured training programmes, and develop both individual players and collective performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in game management, set-piece organisation, defensive systems, and attacking frameworks, alongside a strong understanding of modern conditioning and performance analysis.

Beyond the technical aspects, we want a leader—someone who can inspire, build culture, and foster accountability within a committed squad. Experience at a high playing or coaching level is desirable, but equally important is the ability to communicate effectively, nurture emerging talent, and create an environment where players can thrive.

Supported by a dedicated committee and passionate supporter base, this role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on and off the field.

Everyone at the Club would like to give a huge congratulations to current and former senior players and .pl on being selected to represent Wales at the upcoming Commonwealth Powerlifting Champions in Winnipeg, Canada this coming September.

Kyle will complete in the Junior 105 category while Lewis will compete in the Open 105 category.
