What a night. A big thanks to .bown for coaching us tonight for first of the summer sessions.

Next week will see the first of our six 10 mile Thursday runs over the summer months, which will run parallel to our regular club run.

Our first evening run in the lighter nights — and it did not disappoint. A brilliant route, expertly (and brutally!) led by Greg, who somehow managed to find the steepest hill imaginable. Legs were burning, lungs were working, but spirits were high all the way through 💪

These are the sessions that make us stronger — and remind us why we love running together.

Same time, same energy…
