The gym has re-opened today again after our refurbishment and we look forward to seeing you all back.

Remember that you can book in for an induction on the new machines. These are small group inductions.

Also, remember to download the LifeFitness App from the QR code at reception which will allow you to track your workouts, progression and much more.

You will notice from the picture above, even our reception desk got in on the act and had a wee ‘glow up’ itself.

Use the app to track your workouts and more..

Scan the QR CODE on the posters that are around the centre and download the app. Create your profile and be ready for when the gym opens again after the refurbishment. 📱

Download the LifeFitness App with the QR code in the image and either Client Services will help or speak to any of the fitness team to help you set things up.

As there will be all new machines in this refurbishment we understand that our clients may be unsure about how the machines work. To help with this we have added in booking slots on our online class booking system for small group inductions.
Just book these as you would a regular class.

We look forward to seeing you all on Monday 2nd November when we open back up again.
