🌟 One of the highlights of our year! 🌟

We absolutely loved delivering Capoeira workshops at Trinity Primary School.

The pupils were enthusiastic, respectful, curious and willing to try something new from start to finish.

One of the most rewarding pieces of feedback came from a P2 teacher who shared that every child felt successful during the session.

For us, that’s what great education looks like.

Not every child will become a footballer, dancer or gymnast.

But every child deserves the opportunity to move, learn, grow in confidence and discover what they’re capable of.

Through Capoeira, music and culture, children develop:

💛 Some days we arrive full of energy.

Some days we don’t.

Last week, a young student came to Capoeira feeling sad. By the end of the class she was smiling, laughing and skipping home.

A few days later, Kasia and Grześ arrived at drumming feeling tired and low. After an evening of rhythm, music and community, we left feeling energised and uplifted.

This is why we love what we do.

Capoeira and djembe are about much more than movement and music.

They’re about connection.

They’re about belonging.

They’re about finding a space where you can show up exactly as you are and leave feeling a little lighter.

Life isn’t always easy. We all have difficult days.

But movement helps.
Music helps.
Community helps.

In Poland, where Kasia and Grześ are from, 1st June is Children’s Day 🇵🇱💛
Today we’d like to wish all of our students — big and small — a wonderful day!
One of the beautiful things about Capoeira and drumming is that they remind us that we’re never too old to play, learn, move and have fun 🪘🤸✨
Play builds confidence.
Movement builds health.
Community builds belonging.

What an AMAZING drumming workshop with Iya Sako Iya Sako Djembe🪘🔥✨

We’re all feeling so grateful for the teaching, energy and knowledge shared during the session 💛

Music and rhythm bring people together in such a powerful way — and seeing so many students learning, playing and experiencing this together was truly special.

For Grześ especially, it was incredible to bring such a big group of students into the workshop 🙌
