As competition season ramps up, we’re introducing a 12-week Competition Prep Class designed to help you perform at your best, whether you’re signed up for an event or just want to train like you are 💪

What to expect:
This class is all about bridging the gap between regular training and competition performance. Each session will focus on:
Competition-style workouts – Expect more strategic WODs that test pacing, transitions, and mental toughness
Skill refinement under fatigue – Practice key movements like gymnastics, Olympic lifts, and barbell cycling when it really counts
Workout strategy & pacing – Learn how to approach different event styles, manage intensity, and avoid blowing up early
Transitions & efficiency – Small details that make a big difference on the comp floor
Judging standards & movement quality – Understand what reps count and how to move efficiently under pressure
Mindset & preparation – Build confidence, composure, and a competition-ready mindset
