Finding Balance: My Journey with Emotional Freedom Technique

Balancing work and family has always been a challenge for me. Finding time for myself has always been a struggle and generated frustration. That’s when I discovered the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a powerful tool that helped me navigate my emotions and foster self-discovery.

EFT combines elements of traditional psychology with acupressure, tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional distress. This gentle practice helped me to rebalance my state of mind and has alleviated my stress and brought clarity and peace into my life.

Inspired by my transformation, I trained as an EFT practitioner to help others find their balance. In one-on-one sessions, I guide individuals through their emotional landscapes, empowering them to release negative feelings and embrace self-care.

“Meridians are the pathways through which life force energy, also known as qi or chi, flows through the body in traditional Chinese medicine. The energy flows through a network of channels or meridians, and each meridian is associated with specific organs and functions in the body. When the energy flow is disrupted, it can lead to physical and emotional imbalances.

In EFT Tapping, the meridians are used as a guide for tapping on specific points on the body to help restore balance to the energy system. There are nine EFT Tapping points on the body, and each point corresponds to a specific meridian.

When tapping on each point, the intention is to stimulate the energy flow through the meridian and help to release any blockages or disruptions in the flow. By tapping on specific points while focusing on a specific issue or emotion, EFT Tapping aims to restore balance to the energy system and promote healing and well-being.”
