Well done to Ant and Henok yesterday in Senior Developments. Didn't get the results but definitely the performance against 2 tough boxers. Good luck to them in the next round.🥊 Both Improving all the time and will be back in the gym making those little adjustments. Senior developments are tough championships as boxers can have up to 20 bouts on entry. Both could of had an easier draw for the first round but thats boxing.

Tuesdays are always busy in the gym. We have the Veterans group, which is now also working and supporting people with Parkinsons, to improve both physical and mental health and well-being. 💪🥊
We then do our Moves Different session with young people aged 13-18 years. This focuses on boxing, mentoring, supporting and navigating them through a period of time where they are having to make choices in life. 🥊
Couple short on the Veterans session due to holidays. 😎🥊
