Founded in August 2021, his journey began as a part time venture driven by a passion for improving movement, performance, and recovery. Through consistent growth and a strong reputation for results, he proudly expanded into a full time business in March 2025.

Today marked the last Blitz day at PTR of our brilliant Future Star's Programme. This is the second year of our highly successful programme run in partnership with our 3 local schools St Brigid's Primary School , Our Lady and St Patrick P.S & Bunscoil Mhuire agus Phádraig and St. Colmcille's Primary School, Downpatrick.

Just like last year Russell Gaelic Union Downpatrick has put a full time coach into the 3 schools and we have been delighted with the results. The response from the children has been fantastic as they have thoroughly enjoyed the coaching and guidance from our school's and after school's programme.

All provided free by RGU, an investment in our children which we will all benefit from for years to come. Health, fitness, well being, social and sporting skills all improved.

As this year's programme draws to a close we wish to thank our 3 local schools for their valuable help and assistance and of course special thanks to our main coach and coordinator Oisin Savage Sav Sports . Fantastic work inspiring our younger generation. 👏👏👏👏

RGU under 16 boys secured their League Title last night against a good Drumaness side.

The lads battled hard and played fantastic football throughout the game with some exceptional scores.

Great determination has been shown in all of their matches this year and they fully deserve the league title.

It was great to see this team achieve this success with a small squad and several new faces at the club this season. Well done lads, Darryl & Woody 💚🤍
