🏆 DIVISION 3 LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 🏆
Last night, we were delighted to welcome Down LGFA Secretary Frances Rogan to Drumaness to officially present our U16 team with the Division 3 League trophy 🏆
The girls enjoyed having their photographs professionally taken and celebrating with their families on the pitch before training.
Afterwards, we had a great celebration in the clubrooms, with the girls and their families enjoying sandwiches, doughnuts, tea, coffee and plenty of sweet treats 🍩☕️🍬
There was even a Sweet 16 birthday celebration, complete with candles and the whole team singing Happy Birthday to their teammate 🎂🥳 A lovely testament to how well this group of girls brought together from two clubs, have bonded and supported one another throughout the year ❤️💙
A special thank you to Candy Plus for providing the girls with their sweet treats, and to Sophie Cranston for coming down and capturing some lovely photographs of the evening 📸
Congratulations to all the girls and coaches on a brilliant achievement — a fantastic milestone to celebrate together.
And finally, a big thank you to all the mothers and others who came down not only to support the girls and celebrate their success, but also helped prepare sandwiches and serve tea and coffee afterwards. It was very much a team effort, on and off the pitch.
