This week is all about recovering, recharging, and keeping the body moving without the same amount of intensity.

We’ve got some fun workouts programmed to keep you active, enjoy training, and set you up for what’s next. 🔥

Use this week to move well, recover properly, and celebrate the work you’ve already put in.

Leading on from last weeks back stretches, let’s look at one of our favourite ways to loosen off those tight hips flexors and quads.

The couch stretch is a fantastic exercise that can be scaled or advanced depending on your flexibility.

Looking to build your fitness, improve your engine, and push yourself alongside an amazing community?

Our Engine Class is designed to help you get fitter and stronger 🙌

whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started. The class is scaled to meet you where you are and make sure you get an awesome workout!

Each coach led class lasts 60mins with a specific warm up, workout and cool down.

Today’s Engine Class brought a mixture of emotions 🙃😂

Some interval work came at them through a mixture of Burpees, Running and Running with a little bit of weight.

Give it a go!

Every 8 Minutes for 4 rounds
450m run
20 Burpees over line
200m run with 9/6kg Wall Ball
10 Double Push up Burpees over line
Rest remaining time
