- Route2 Circuits is a group fitness workout that combines strength, cardio, and functional training exercises in a circuit-style format. Participants move through different stations or exercises (like weights, bodyweight moves, and cardio bursts), usually with timed intervals and short rests.

A key idea in Les Mills Circuits is that you can go at your own pace. This means:
• You choose how fast or slow you perform each exercise
• You can adjust weights or intensity to match your fitness level
• You can take extra rest if needed without pressure
• Beginners and advanced participants can train side by side comfortably

Instructors encourage you to focus on your own progress rather than comparing yourself to others, making it an inclusive and flexible workout. The goal is to challenge yourself while still listening to your body.

From your first visit to our modern purpose built gym you’ll feel the difference. Come and train with like-minded people in relaxed and friendly surroundings and start enjoying the exercise experience. If you’re ready to start your journey to a healthier lifestyle and improved fitness, we’re ready to help. We have membership options to suit all budgets, and with 24 hour fingerprint access you can train any time of the day or night. This makes us the ideal gym for the busy lifestyles of today. We also offer a comprehensive timetable of classes inclusive of your membership here at Route 2 Fitness, there are 36 a week on the timetable with the convenience of being able to reserve your class space via our online bookings system. We are very proud to host the world renowned Les Mills class programs and our instructors are the best at what they do. We also offer some other freestyle classes such as classic step, circuits, boxing and Dance Fit. We also offer free sauna for members during our staffed reception hours, free lockers and should you require a personal program individually tailored for you by one of our personal trainers we can add this for just £15. If you feel that you would gain from working one to one with a personal trainer, we offer personal training packages and good flexibility for appointments. Come along anytime during our staffed reception hours to sign up and get started. The Route 2 Fitness team look forward to welcoming you!
