Kindness matters.

You never really know what someone is carrying when they walk through the gym doors.

For some people, just showing up takes a lot of courage.

That’s why the little things matter.

A smile.
A hello.
A bit of encouragement during a tough session.

Because people might forget the workout…

But they’ll always remember how they were made to feel.

We want this to be a place where everyone feels welcome, supported, and comfortable being themselves.

Not judged.
Not intimidated.

Just good people, helping each other become better.

Because a little kindness can go a long way.

And honestly, that’s what makes this community special.

So if you know someone who’s been wanting to start their fitness journey, feeling nervous about joining a gym, or simply looking for a supportive environment, tag them below or send them this post.

Our next intro session is on the 21st of June and we’ve got 7 spaces remaining.

Capability… isn’t something you’re born with.

It’s something you build.

In the reps you don’t feel ready for.
In the moments where things feel uncomfortable… unfamiliar… difficult.

When it would be easier to step back…
but you choose to lean in instead.

Because being capable isn’t about having it all figured out.

It’s about trusting yourself to handle what’s in front of you.

To try… to adapt… to keep moving forward, even when it’s not perfect.

And over time… something changes.

What once felt hard becomes manageable.
What felt impossible starts to feel within reach.

You stop asking “can I do this?”
and start realising… you already are.

So if you’ve been holding back… waiting to feel ready—

Don’t.

Capability is built in the doing.

And you’re far more capable than you think.

If you’re ready to start building that capability for yourself…

Our next intro session is on the 16th of May… and there are only 3 spaces left.

If you’ve been thinking about it… this is your moment.

Book in now.

In this video, demonstrates one of the key kettlebell movements — the kettlebell swing clean.

Before attempting this progression, make sure you’re comfortable with other clean variations, as well as the kettlebell swing.

Here’s a quick breakdown of how to perform the movement safely 👇🏽

• Start with a strong hip hinge
• Stand roughly half a foot away from the kettlebell
• Keep the handles horizontal or slightly angled
• Use a light grip on the bells
• Brace, then hike the bell back towards the hips
• Explosively extend through the hips
• Keep the bell close to the body
• Spear your hand through to catch it in the rack position
• Loosen your grip on the way down, guide the bell back through the hips, then swing it down to the floor

Key things to focus on 👇🏽

• Strong hip drive, with a smooth hand insertion at the top
• Keeping the bell close to avoid forearm impact
• Bracing before every rep
• A controlled, smooth path both up and down

The swing clean is a great drill for learning how to get heavier bells into the rack position more efficiently.

Struggling to master the clean? You’re not alone — it’s something we specialise in coaching.

Our next intro session is on 16.05.26, and spaces are filling quickly.

Strength… isn’t just built under the bar.

It’s built in the moments no one sees.

When you’re tired… when you’re unsure…
when that voice in your head tells you you’re not strong enough.

But you show up anyway.

You take the first step.
Then another… and another.

Because strength isn’t just physical.

It’s courage.
It’s resilience.
It’s choosing not to give up on yourself.

And over time… something shifts.

You start to believe.
You start to realise what you’re capable of.

So if you’ve ever doubted yourself…

You’re not alone.

And you don’t have to figure it out by yourself either.

The first step to building strength? Just start.
Our next 6-week challenge begins 16.05.26.

In this video, demonstrates one of the key kettlebell movements — the double kettlebell clean.

Before attempting this progression, we recommend being confident with both the goblet clean and the single‑arm clean.

Here’s a quick breakdown of how to perform the movement safely 👇🏽

• Start with a strong hip hinge
• Keep the handles horizontal or slightly angled
• Lightly grip the bells
• Brace, then snap the hips
• Keep the bells close to the body
• Spear the hands through to catch in the rack
• Hinge to lower the bells

Key things to focus on 👇🏽

• Strong hip drive, spearing the hands through at the top
• Keeping the bells close to avoid forearm impact
• Bracing before every rep
• A smooth path both up and down

Mastering the double clean is especially useful when linking multiple exercises together in what’s known as a kettlebell complex.

Struggling to get the clean right? You’re not alone — and it’s something we specialise in coaching.

Our next available intro session is on 16.05.26, and spaces are going FAST.

Karolina has been training with us for a year now 🙌

We asked her what she’s most proud of since joining Complete Fitness… here’s what she said:

“For the first time in years, I’ve managed to stay consistent and keep a regular routine. On a physical level, I have to mention press-ups. I’ve never been able to do a single one in my life, and now I can… which is great 😊”

This is what consistency looks like.

Karolina is proof that when you stick with it, you can exceed your own expectations, especially when it comes to strength 💪

Ready to see what you’re capable of?

Our next 6-week challenge starts 11.04.26, and we only have THREE spots remaining.
