Happy Easter everyone 🐣

So the last month has been kind of looking like this for us! We’ve been really trying to do as much as we can during this renovation as the last one involved so many builders 💪

Yesss it’s finally Easter and time for us to all enjoy the long weekend! I’m sure you’d all agree with me it’s much needed and here are some important reminders for you guys...

▪️IT’S OK IF YOU HAVE CHOCOLATE! I tell all my clients to enjoy themselves, we aren’t on any strict diets but remember to keep it in moderation!

▪️GET YOUR STEPS IN! There’s no excuse with this one - especially in lockdown! Enjoy a nice walk with the family and get exploring!

▪️ENJOY YOURSELF! You deserve it! Just remember to set yourself a date when your back to your normal routine and get back on it with smashing your goals💪💥

HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU EAT⁉️

A question I get asked regularly is how often should someone be eating...simple answer is that it just varies!

Why? Because each of our needs is different!

There’s great controversy surrounding this topic but research suggests 5-6 meals a day for those who train regularly! That means you need to eat every 3 hours on average beginning in the morning starting with breakfast!

That doesn’t mean eating rubbish every 3 hours but it means making sure you have a good combination of quality fats, protein and importantly carbs (yes I said carbs!)

WHAT A MONTH IT HAS BEEN 👀

How fast has February gone?! I always like to look back on the month to see all the positives and setting new goals for next month...

▪️ has now reach 240 members!! It's been great seeing everyone staying so motivated throuhgout lockdown!
▪️ We've now increased our LIVE workouts to 9 per week with all our amazing trainers on board
▪️ Myself and have settled into our new property and have been busy starting our renovation process - we've been making a start on the bathroom and our bedroom!
▪️ Virtual Group sessions have been happening twice a week with over 50 people joining each session!
▪️ This month the only coaching team have been smashing their goals!
