On The Run Cumbernauld

On The Run Cumbernauld Jog Scotland group who welcome beginners through to Advanced runners. We also have track sessions for all abilities on a Friday evening.

Our founding fathers/mothers have gathered runners together, in one form or another, in North Lanarkshire for nearly 20 years. We are a Jog Scotland running club who started running out of the Royal British Legion, Cumbernauld in June 2016 under our current branding. We officially launched under the name "On The Run Cumbernauld" in January 2017

In November 2021 we moved along the road from the Le

gion to the Muirfield Community Centre. We cater for a range of runners from Beginners up to Advanced Runner, across 7 ability groups on a Monday evening. We have a pool of 22 qualified Jog Scotland Jog Leaders and aim to have a minimum of two Jog Leader for each of our groups, where possible. We pride ourselves on being a very friendly group where every runner regardless of level support each other. Aug 20 saw the club update our booking system to allow us to become Covid-19 compliant.
