Thai Boxing Community Centre We cater for young & old in the community through sports. Our aim is to reach out to all.

The Thai Boxing Community Centre was established in June 2009 with the vision of helping community members in particular the young, through martial arts to be sufficiently socially equipped and adjusted to contribute to society and to have respect for themselves and others. Our aim is to positively Serve the community by improving the health, fitness and self confidence of disadvantaged young peop

le by giving them the opportunity to:

Participate in small friendly class
Work individually and as part of a team
Set personal targets and reach goals
Increase levels of physical activity and learn self defence
Build self confidence and discipline
Improve motivation
Gain a greater understanding of health and concentration
