MOTIVATION MONDAY 💫👇🏼
If you’re on a journey and you see subtle changes, please believe that’s a great thing! Our bodies change month by month (especially women) as well as the scales.
This transformation is exactly 2 years apart! Roughly the same weight, minimal changes compared to some I’ve seen online but how great I feel in this current moment in time is what matters. Plus, if I managed to achieve this physique in weeks or even months, it just wouldn’t be sustainable. You don’t want to have to cut or bulk for a long time, you want to go through different phases of body shapes which is NORMAL.
What you don’t see is how disciplined, strong and mentally healthy I am now compared to the girl on the left.
If you are struggling to see or feel your progress for the first few months, I promise you, if you make it a lifestyle instead of something temporary, watch yourself flourish 🥳
