So many wonderful moments today for the second day hosting the surfing for Out and Wild Festival festival that I will be sharing over the coming weeks but these snapshots stand out as we shared two days with the wonderful Karen who, at 70 was so incredibly driven and full of excitement at coming surfing and to be part of her standing on a board and riding her first wave was a moment we, as a club will always treasure! The hug with amazing coach Evie Sweetman shows what it means to be seen and be in community.
Thank you to all of you who joined us - so many feats conquered, limits pushed and joy shared.
