Clubbercise Crewe with Kerry Clubbercise is a fab cardio dance class, involving toning, combat and plyometric moves! 💪🏼🎵🥳 Class cost is £6 or you can book 10 x classes for £50.

Please wear clothing that you can move about in easily (BRIGHT NEON WELCOME) and you must wear suitable footwear! Glow sticks are available to buy, they are £5 for two, please do not bring your own glow sticks.

- Please if you wish to purchase a pair for the discounted price then advise when booking.

On International Women’s Day, I’m excited to share that I’ll be returning to taking my fitness classes, I’m just awaiting an official start date. I should find out tomorrow so will update!

To ease back in, it’s been confirmed that I’ll begin with my Monday class at Shavington once a week, and we’ll see how my body responds from there.

I’ve really missed you all and can’t wait to be back. Hopefully I still remember the routines… we’ll have fun either way! 😆✨

Today feels like the perfect day to share this news. Celebrating strength, resilience, and just doing our best in this rollercoaster of life we get to live.

Hey everyone! ✨
Just a little update as it’s been a while… 😬

On 1st October, I had an accident that resulted in a really serious injury - broken bones, surgery to fix, and months of rest and rehabilitation. It’s been a painful and challenging journey, but I’ve come such a long way.

My mobility and strength are improving, and my walking is slowly coming along. I still have some work to do, but I’m really hopeful and aiming to be back to classes within the next couple of months 🙏🏼

Thank you so much to everyone who knew and has messaged, I really appreciate your patience and support during what’s been a very difficult time.
I’ve been told most of my classes have been covered in my absence 💪🏼 and I can’t wait to get back dancing when I’m able 💃🏼

Please keep an eye on the page for updates, I’ll share more with you as soon as I can.
