So a lot of talk about training with weights lately (resistance training).
Who should do weight training?
Absolutely everyone.
It looks complicated and a bit daunting?
Its really not.
But could you help me to get started?
Of course.
However I really don't want to get big!
Weights wont do that. Cake and chips make you big!
As a woman I feel a bit awkward in a traditionally male dominated environment?
Really no need. You will notice everyone looks at themselves more than anything else, also some might look big and ugly but in my experience if you asked another gym goer for advice they would more than happily oblige.
