Zumba is a Latin inspired,easy to follow,calorie burning workout in disguise,come and join the Party,feel the music and get loose. I am natural from Peru and I have been dancing since young age so for me every class is like a FIESTA!

Hi AMAZING LADIES
I hope you are well and had a good Bank Holiday weekend.

I'm back from my 2 months away all rested and recharged but my right knee still not well so I'll be wearing a knee support,anyway,I can't wait to dance with you again!

Now these are my ONLY 2 Zumba®️ Gold classes that I currently have

THURSDAY
10am at St James Church hall in Trowbridge
11:50am at Youth Centre in Bradford on Avon

Looking forward to seeing you and thank you to most of you that let me know about your attendance,it's much appreciated,thanks again.

Hi AMAZING LADIES
I hope you are well 🙏

Just to remind you that this is the start of my time away,remember,I'm going back home Lima-Peru to spend 2 months there,mainly to be with my ederly parents,then,this trip is very special as my little family is coming with me and we are also going to Cusco/Machu Picchu,can't wait!!

REMEMBER NO CLASSES IN MARCH AND APRIL.

Then from MAY I'll ONLY do my THURSDAY Zumba Gold classes as I've decided to STOP my Zumba Fitness ones,my right knee needs a rest,thanks again to ALL my AMAZING LADIES that one day were part of it,for your commitment,smile,your friendship and your support it's much appreciated.

Looking forward to seeing all my family, relatives and friends back home,and hopefully see the doctors over there and find out what's going on with my right knee,let's hope nothing serious.

Until we meet again in May,on my Thursday classes.

A LITTLE REMINDER,
We have 4 more week of classes this month then I'm off for 2 whole months,March and April,I'll be back home in Lima-Peru enjoying the 🌞

Then classes will resume in May but only my THURSDAY classes,as my right knee still unwell so I'm stopping my Zumba Fitness classes and also my Wednesday morning in Westbury I have already stopped therefor I'm only doing 4 weekly classes until end of this month.
