NEW PILATES BLOCK
It's been wonderful to see so many of you making time for yourselves each week, building strength, improving mobility, and enjoying the benefits that regular Pilates can bring.
If you've been thinking about giving Pilates a try, there's room for some new faces as we start another 4-week block this Saturday, 13th June at 8:00am.

Led by Sharon Kernohan, these full-body classes focus on:

β¨ Improving mobility, balance and posture
β¨ Challenging the whole body
β¨ Helping you move and feel better
β¨ Giving you time to focus on YOU
Classes are mixed-level, meaning beginners are always welcome, while those with more experience can progress with options to level up when needed.
Whether you're looking to get stronger, move better, or simply enjoy an hour for yourself each week, we'd love to welcome you along.
