Sumo deadlifts are a great variation to really target the lower glutes. They also bring the Adductors (inner thighs) into play. Therefore a great exercise ahead of bikini season.
The wider stance and more upright torso engages muscles differently than more conventional deadlift. It’s another powerhouse exercise with benefits that carry over into everyday life. 🔥
