JM Coaching is delighted to welcome Charlie Chadwick to our girls football clinics.

Charlie is a Burnley FC Women's striker and will be joining players to share her experiences of playing within the women's game, answer questions and provide an insight into what it takes to compete at a high level.

Having worked closely with JM Coaching over a number of years throughout her development, Charlie's journey highlights the value of long term commitment, hard work and the importance of providing the right environment for players to grow both on and off the pitch.

Opportunities like this allow young players to learn from current role models and gain a greater understanding of the dedication, resilience and mindset required to progress within the game.

The programme is now underway and the feedback from our first session has been outstanding.

Players were challenged technically, encouraged to solve problems within realistic game situations and exposed to the standards required within the modern game. The response from both players and parents has been extremely positive.

If you are an ambitious U14–U16 player looking to improve your technical ability, game understanding and confidence on the ball, this is an opportunity to train in a high-quality environment with a clear focus on long-term development.

Amanda currently works as Manchester United Women's Academy Manager and Wales U17 Assistant Coach, bringing a wealth of experience from the elite game. She also holds the prestigious UEFA A Licence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for players to learn from one of the leading coaches in the women's game, gaining valuable insight into player development, academy standards and the demands of elite football.

Fantastic effort from all the players throughout the session. Plenty of intensity, quality and a willingness to learn, improve and challenge themselves.

Our focus remains on developing confident, intelligent players through game based practices that encourage decision making, problem solving and technical development in realistic football situations.
