I couldn’t have said this better. Those of you who practice with me every week know this to be true. We do this every class, every week.🧘‍♀️

Stretching is the most visible part, not the most important one.

Yoga trains how you breathe under load.
How your joints organize instead of collapse.
Where your attention goes when things get challenging.

Strength and control aren’t about forcing shape.
They’re about staying integrated while you move.

Grounding is the through line.
If you feel connected to the floor and your breath, the rest organizes itself.

That’s what practice is really building.
