One grading. One photo. One person left standing. 🥋

Yep, completely forgot to take the group photo at the beginning. And sometimes I think it’s a bit mean to photograph you when you’re almost dead… so only one photo from the entire grading… All the blackbelts beasting Ted for his purple belt. 🥵

Well done everyone that made it through tonight. Drink some water and have a lie down 😜 see you next week! 😝😉

Everyone starts at 7pm. Lesson finishes at 8pm. Graders carry on and finish sometime before 9.30pm depending on your grade.

Don’t give up. Don’t quit. Be confident and give it everything you’ve got! 👊🏻

And bring a water bottle coz you’re gonna need it!

Can you name all the tunes while I do a walkabout in this training session? 😜 My singing might be terrible but the music sets the tone & pace and definitely helps keep the motivation on point! 💪🏻🕺🏽💃
