๐Œ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐Œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ is a fun, musical and inclusive movement session designed to inspire expressive movement, wellbeing and social connection through engaging themes and a variety of musical genres - with expert, person-centred facilitation from Marie-Louise Flexen and movement that can be enjoyed seated or standing.

EveryBODY should have the opportunity to dance and at Cirencester Dance Club we are passionate about giving everyone the change to dance. Our Tuesday class is aimed at those that shy away from our integrated dance classes.

We explore the social and therapeutic benefits of dance in these classes. We use props and other sensory tools to engage the students to help promote confidence and wellbeing.

Each student is an individual and we will work with you to offer the best dance class for them.

These classes are supported by Tesco Blue tokens and held at The Bingham Hall on Tuesday 3:30-4:30pm

Our participants were so excited for one of their dance classes a couple of years ago that they bought some special guests to join in!

Our Interdepen-Dance class has blossomed over the few years and we would love to invite some more to join our dance family.

Dance transcends language, promotes self-expression and brings people together. These classes will improve confidence, co-ordination, creativity, and communication, as well as reduce the sense of isolation and increate independence.

Classes start back Friday 18th September at 11:00-12:30pm at The Bingham Hall
