It was a warm final match for 3’s which sadly didn’t go our way. The score doesn’t reflect how hard everyone worked, especially since the team had only 4 of their regular players. We had to adapt quickly playing with 3 new additions.
Myself and Louise joined Cath to make up a strong defence, but we were against 2 shooters who literally got their shots in from anywhere! But we did manage to get some great intercepts and rebounds.
Georgie B and Millie had great in mid court and gave support to our shooters on the D, passing back to Louise if needed.
Georgie P and Libby were up against a strong defence who had a very long lean! But they worked well together, with some great movement and passing between them and some amazing shots.
We didn’t let our heads drop despite being behind throughout, we kept the fight up until the final whistle.
It was amazing to hear voices on court, giving each other direction and good support all the way down the court.

The last game of the summer season was a fight to the end against Rookies 2. Lilly and Issy worked hard in the shooting circle from all over with a very tight defence that was on them both constantly, but kept their cool and stayed confident. Laura, Lucy and Tanya worked in the middle to move the ball from one end to the other, creating space to keep possession of the ball. Kelsey and Aimee kept their players in the defensive circle making the shooters work hard to get the ball where they wanted to shoot from.

Fantastic performance this week and a great result! The whole team pulled together to make sure every move counted and we never lost focus.

In defence, Cath and Brooke made some excellent interceptions and kept the opposition out of the D. In the mid court Cathy, Millie and Georgie worked efficiently to get the ball to Sally and (last minute saviour!) Libby up front. Both shooters made brilliant goals and worked round the D as a unit against the opposition's defence.

This was a great match that's boosted our confidence for the next and last match of the season.

An amazing game to end the season. However, it was a loss we created, and we maintained a lead for most of the game and we worked well together throughout the court. It really felt like we were able to put the progress we have made into a match and see the growth we've made as a team. Charlotte and Tilly's shooting was great throughout, helped by lovely feeds from both Emily and Claire. The communication and calls throughout the court were key and we were able to get lots of turnovers into goals. Izzy, Teyla and Sam worked great in defence together setting up strong backlines and transferring the skills we have made in training to gameplay. Overall it was a good match to play and a lovely end to the season.

What an amazing game to end our season on!
Having never trained together, this Foxes team has worked so well together over the summer, and tonight was a perfect finish.
We lost poor Fliss in the first few minutes after receiving one of Claire’s powerful passes which unfortunately broke her pinky!
Luckily we had Libby sitting on the sidelines who stepped in as our GS, her and Lily worked brilliantly together getting some amazing shots in earning them both a POM.
Kelsey was fantastic in defence, getting several interceptions and turnovers (I got a few too!), and was supported by Teyla, who was instrumental in getting the ball back down the court. Millie and Claire worked the centre court, always providing options to work the ball around to our shooters.
I think we all had one of our best games, it just worked!
Well done ladies.
Super special for me as I got to play my first full match with my Libby, proud mum.

Under-16s Foxes finished the season on a high! Everyone put in a fantastic effort from start to finish and kept pushing throughout the whole game.

Our communication improved as the game went on, helping us move the ball forward and create more chances. There was great movement around the D, with everyone supporting each other well. Our defence was brilliant too, making some excellent interceptions.

Despite an unfortunate injury leaving us one player down, the team kept going and never gave up, showing great determination until the final whistle.

A great way to end the season. Well done, girls! - Faith🦊

What a fantastic game and a well-deserved win for the team! We all worked hard from the first whistle to the last, supporting and encouraging each other throughout the match.

The bright sun made both shooting and defending challenging at times, but everyone adapted well and stayed focused. There were also a few falls, but we didn’t let them affect our performance.

Our teamwork was the key to our success. We communicated well, backed each other up on court, and kept our energy and positivity high throughout the match. It was a great team effort, and everyone played their part in securing the win.

A strong performance against Elite 7 this week, even though the result didn’t go our way. The whole team played really well — probably our best team effort so far!

Our defence was excellent, with Cath, Brooke and Erin making important interceptions and working hard to shut down their attack. In the midcourt, Millie, Georgie B and Cathy battled tirelessly to move the ball up the court against determined opposition. Up front, Sally, Sara and Georgie P did fantastically well, finding space against some tough defenders and scoring some great goals.

Although we lost, the improvement and teamwork across the court were clear to see. Well done ladies, a great performance! And a special thank you Charlotte E for coaching us! 🌟

What a fantastic way to wrap up our netball training before the summer holidays! 🏐☀️

It was great to welcome so many friends along for our Bring a Friend friendly tournament. The afternoon was full of fun, teamwork, laughter, and some brilliant netball from everyone involved.

A huge thank you to all our players, the friends who joined us, and everyone who helped make the event such a success. We hope you all had as much fun as we did!

Wishing everyone a wonderful summer break—we can’t wait to see you all back on court next season!
