I wish I could bottle this feeling up and give it to every woman I speak to.
Because this is what itโ€™s really about.

Amber has lost 50lbs.

But her greatest achievement isnโ€™t the number on the scale.

Itโ€™s being a woman who was unhappy in herself, doubted herself and struggled to believe she could actually do it...
To now absolutely glowing.

Confident.
Happy.
In a routine.
Sheโ€™s trusting herself, in more than just one aspect of her life!

And sheโ€™s living a completely different lifestyle to the one she was living 9 months ago.

What people donโ€™t see is that this wasnโ€™t smooth sailing.
It took us quite some time to find a routine that works and stick to it consistently long enough but we did it!

And this is the tricky bit - I canโ€™t tell you exactly how long it will take YOU to get to a certain weight.

I can tell you whatโ€™s possible.
I can tell you what we need to do.
I can tell you whether your goal is realistic and exactly what itโ€™s going to take.

But how quickly you get there depends on so many factors.

What I can promise you is this:
If you trust the process, trust your coach and keep showing up for yourself, you will get there.

Amber did.

And look where we are now.

50lbs down.

A completely different woman.

At least half of the women I coach train from home diet to kids, time, etc

So the normal โ€˜add more weightโ€™ rules donโ€™t really apply! Hereโ€™s what we do instead:

The goal is to challenge your muscles more over time.

That could be:
โœ“ More reps
โœ“ Better technique
โœ“ Slower tempo
โœ“ Shorter rest periods
โœ“ More range of motion
โœ“ More consistency

Iโ€™ve helped mums transform their bodies from home with nothing more than a few dumbbells and a plan.

Theyโ€™re repeating the basics, getting stronger, and sticking with it long enough to see the changes.

So if youโ€™ve been telling yourself:

โ€œIโ€™ll start when I join a gym.โ€

I want to show you what simple, high-protein, whole-food meals actually look like when youโ€™re trying to lose body fat, build shape and stay consistent.

The goal isnโ€™t to make a different recipe every day.

The goal is to find meals you enjoy, repeat them often, and make healthy eating feel easy.

These are the exact types of meals the BBF girls eat too. Nothing fancy. No weird ingredients. Just simple meals that get results.
