NEW TEAM ALERT!!!
Rich was one of our long term students of the adult classes. Recently he has gained his qualification in Parkour coaching to go along side his many other valuable qualifications in other areas. He will be joining us from September and taking the lead on Calisthenics classes, Adult classes, External Parkour and more! We can't WAIT to have him on board! Welcome to the team mate!

Summer is almost over, which means schools go back, classes fill up and we prepare for the winter months! The team at Fluidity is thriving and we CANT WAIT to get back to teaching you all flips and tricks over the next term!

👀 Last month we put one of our star students, Mattie, in touch with who were looking for some Parkour for an opening skit.
Needless to say he smashed it and looks incredible in that wig!

So proud of all of our students talent!

Hey everyone! Just a reminder we will be closed for the bank holiday weekend - Sat 29th through to Mon 31st August. Our staff have grafted hard this holiday season so we figured a well deserved rest was needed while we work on some new big projects in the park! (keep your eyes peeled for that) See you back Tuesday the 1st September for more Parkour!
