A central-midfield focused session with Kelyn! ⚽️⚡️
After a sharp footwork and technical warm-up, we moved into mastering different ways to receive the ball with your back to a defender.
We worked on using double movements and body feints to create that extra half-yard of space to exploit. 🧠

A brilliant session with Daisy, taking things to the next level! ⚽️⚡️

​We introduced back-to-goal finishing alongside working on shifting the ball quickly to create space and strike. We finished off with some striking at goal using the target net to dial in that accuracy. 🎯

​The power Daisy can generate behind her shots is seriously impressive, fantastic technique and work ethic throughout. Keep it up! 🔥

Back to ball mastery! ⚡️
After a long spell out injured, it was fantastic to have Lily-Mae in for a targeted footwork and touch session.
First steps back on the pitch and she didn't miss a beat. Fantastic work ethic! 💪🏻⚽

Great session working on CB-specific drills with Samuel from the Ipswich Town Academy U16s! ⚽️

While on holiday, Samuel booked in for two sessions to sharpen up his off-season training, using the RXTR scanning machine to help build those habits.
The application and tempo he brought were second to none. Urgent, explosive, and completely focussed.
​It’s that exact mindset that separates the good from the great. Absolute pleasure working with him! 🔥
